She (not “he”) wasn’t even in place when IMNPQ was suspended by the SEC in order to protect gullible speculators from the current attempt to scam them.

SEC and Department of Justice are taking names.

IMNPQ will open at pennies on the grey sheets on Monday. By December it will be in the trips or revoked.
