Its on the black market, they're messing around too motivate Americans to start trading it. I'm in Canada and due to the lack of filings, you can't even trade it in Canada. Otherwise I'd place a sell order for $16 lol.... They do that all the time with all exchanges when something isn't trading, to motivate people to buy and sell... either way the dirt bag did a 10000:1 split and it never had a chance. I would be willing to do a little more than sue the sucker.
