Why would they fight for their company stock now? They didn't even bother to keep it current thus the reason why it's being put into a custodianship. 8k or no 8k means nothing at this point. You don't think George and his legal team already know the outcome thus why they're putting money and resources into taking it over. I'd trust that over any supposed emails or a bunch of people posting on a message board with no idea of the legal parameters.
