Only speculation from what I have read. I am sure you have seen all the info below but I took a few minutes to put it all in one place, for everyone's benefit. I seem to remember reading somwhere Ben had a personal stake in EVCI but can't seem to find it now. Anyway, if you are reading this you probably know the Delaware courts can be meticulous about granting custodianship, but can be very profitable to those with patience. Not to mention the share structure (OTCMarkets) is very, very good.

Delaware court docket

Update 2/19/21
My Attorney (Jeremy Anderson) has submitted a petition for appointment of custodian for EVCI (EVCI Career Colleges Holding Corp).

Update 2/28/21
In Delaware Chancellor Bouchard has transferred the cases (ICRD, AVSR, AVPI, SNRY, IPUB, CERX, FRMB) to Vice Chancellor Laster. I assume that Vice Chancellor Laster may want to have some sort of hearing to understand about these cases. We will get him any information he needs. For the two newer cases those have been assigned to Vice Chancellor Zurn from my understanding (EVCI - EVCI Career Colleges Holding Corp. and BSGC - BigString Corp. in which I agreed to serve as custodian).

Update 3/19/21
On the Delaware petitions Vice Chancellor Laster has written an opinion and appointed an amicus curiae (friend of the court / impartial adviser). The appointment is/will be Mark J Gentile of Richards, Layton & Finger, PA. He has asked this appointment to consult with the Securities and Exchange commission (SEC) to provide an independent review on whether the petitions should be granted. Apparently, Mr. Gentile has experience interacting with the SEC as he previously served as receiver for Calypso Wireless. I have no indication what the SEC’s response will be to Mr. Gentile and what their stance is on custodian appointments/petitions. I believe this action covers all the Delaware petitions however two of the cases are with a different Vice Chancellor (Zurn) so I am not entirely sure what the process will be with those (EVCI & BSGC). From my understanding Mr. Gentile has 30 days to report back to the court with his findings.

Update 4/2/21
EVCI and BSGC were assigned to Vice-Chancellor Zurn
