Gak, sorry I do not have the link but do remember reading the statement (court document) numerous times as it was posted here by others numerous times.

I think Guido, Ano, rumplepigskin or maybe chessmaster might have a link or the court document that has this stated. It should also be sticky'd from what I remember. Not ssure how you access older stickys.

A ways back Sweeny hit upon some of the same topics that SCOTUS did in their orals like whether the whole conservatorship should be invalidated, and the government acting like the mob insted of conserving.
