You may be misinterpreting on some level. It does state that quarterly report for the period ending 01/31/21 will be delayed to 05/15/21 as they suggest they are having issues with share calculation. Maybe we’’ll learn who received the 20 million shares and why. Hopefully its a form of compensation with the shares being locked up. Whether rhey have more to say is anyone’s guess.
