I emailed Andre about a question I had and after he answered it, he asked this:

Can you remind everyone on the message board that we need everyone to vote on both resolution 4 and 5 for the deal to go through.. its nice to be excited about Atai but the vote is crucial, we need 56 million shares to vote for resolution 5.
