I am sure with the circumstances of the Death of the owner that as long as his estate attorney contacts OTC Markets that they will be fine for the June 30th Deadline. As far as i understand the deadline as long as a company makes a effort and supplies contact info and shows they are alive and trying to be current that they will make the deadline the real test will be the September Deadline i think.
