30days from march28 to close LOI..In all fairness to Jimmy, I would expect update within a week..What will be interesting is if sgmd actually becomes a part owner in the 600 acres or a lease gig similar to the earlier Lake County deal where Jimmy's private LMK capital ended up owning the property and sgmd engaged lease agreement with no ownership.And interesting that Jimmy has never acknowledged the sale of earlier Lake County property to ecgi holdings, which suggests sgmd will not be involved in that property's cannabis operation..Noticed that sgmd website has eliminated the Lake County gig asset info.
