The CEO tweeted several weeks back that patent would be issued, but strange he does not PR it when it does get granted. I like several others have emailed him re PR of patent and update re FDA. There is no doubt that patent was important, but FDA approval is what sends share price way higher, just need update as to where we are in this process, from previous tweets by CEO, we should be close.
