i have an opinion about what i think his tweets are for. he is not a public company, so "updates" about a company that he is not responsible for or an officer in, is highly unusual and can be construed as trying to influence the pps. he is not the ceo of retc and you don't see retc out there tweeting. so, why is sharp tweeting anything at all about the court proceedings and saying that he "KNOWS" he's going to win. huh? you answer that since you seem to be his spokesperson here now.
