Thank you but unfortunately the story did not have a happy ending. The doctors also told me that someone who is in chemo you cannot share a toilet with for 2-3 days post infusion or you will go sterile and not be able to have children. Chemotherapy patients have toxic urine/feces. Which either goes into their septic tanks, which then gets transported through our neighborhoods in septic trucks, or... goes into the cesspool and those chemo drugs get leached into the ground potentially contaminating our groundwater. Which is something that cannot be avoided. As is medical waste. Another reason we as a society need companies like Medrecycler to reform the way we dispose of medical waste instead of burying or incinerating it.
