Unless the company creating the Crypto Coin for DSCR has an already designed template to work off of and deploy as a turn key solution. It takes time to design, map out, develop, test and launch into full production.

2 months is likely just the design phase on the road map to launch into full production.

We are in the OTC and the month of May represents the Summer Doldrums till September, which September is when I see a launch into full production for the Discovery Coin. Unless they have a pre packaged design template that they can customize for DSCR that is, a turn key solution.
