Perhaps I am confusing the details. They've done so many of these capital raises/shelfs/debt for equity swaps, and each time there is a bit of variance. Do you recall which PR included the Expiry date of May '21 for warrants? I guess too they are also running into 2nQ earnings release around May 1, correct? Not expecting too much out of GAME, if something happens cool! June 4th will be 1 year since NAS application, that was under Torque, lots of changes since then

Why would Engine care what the stock price is? The warrants are 7.5 exercise price. 900K of em.
