not even. that was fake wash sale volume, and his group knew it. they probably shorted more. tomorrow retc will tank on the email circulating on twitter from company indicating the company is gonna fight sharp's request. sharp will lose this one, and i would bet that he knew it from the start. all this smoke and mirrors to dump shares that seems to have gone on also seems criminal. the whole thing is a crazy fiasco.
