"Why is the stop sign back on?"

--because PBHG's superior business expert is anything but one. He has so far refused to file the required Annual Report (Q4) for 2020 so this ticker gets drop-kicked from PINK to STOP. Clearly that's preferable to admitting that he has nothing to show for his months and months of B.S. spewed to sell shares. It's a safe bet that his much ballyhooed marijuana deals fell through like all the rest. If he had anything to
worth reporting he would have.
