What you have posted is old news. I have shown you that it's very plausible the deal is dead.

What I have posted is the current news and developments from QMC, Innova and Pasaca, within the last two months. On a buisness timescale, that is VERY up to date.

I'm 95% sure one 10K isn't half. Where are the quarterlies, and the other 10K's?

They have filed their 10K for 2019, and are still due for their 2020 10K and their 2021 Quarterly reports, but there is a stipulation here that we both seem to have missed:

(b) Maturity Date. The “Maturity Date” shall mean March 31, 2021. The Holder shall have one (1) option to extend the Maturity Date to April 30, 2021, which may be exercised at any time prior to the then-existing Maturity Date by written notice thereof to the Company; provided that the Company has completed and filed at least one-half (½) of the SEC filings identified on Schedule 3(f) to the Agreement or the Company has substantially completed at least three-fourths(¾) of the SEC filings identified on Schedule 3(f) to the Agreement.

Section in blue requires 1/2 of filings to be completed and filed, while the section in green stipulates only "substantial completion" of 3/4 of the filings. Nothing about them being filed.

I am going to assume QMC has the ability to communicate to Pasaca that the aforementioned filings have been completed. Perhaps QMC is awaiting another catalyst prior to submitting them to the public, such as awaiting a ruling on the L2 case. BigE mentioned this as a possibility so QMC as an idea on the number of shares to authorize for the agreement between QMC and Pasaca. I agree with that assumption.

Prove would be 3 Pasaca board members and a SEC filing stating that Pasaca is now majority shareholder of QMC.

This will occur once the terms on the SEC filings are made. We are awaiting for confirmation of those obligations. As now now, the proof of the agreement is within this SEC filing:
