I missed it. The O/S isn't too high yet ... Shares Outstanding 148.8M ... but I guess they are diluting a lot of unseen diluted shares with the two new recent acquisitions.

Moreover, they are probably setting up more acquisitions.

They are also doing it to raise the PPS prior to NASDAQ.

That means they may be shooting for a PPS over $7.
