I've listened to NP a year to this date. He's said replacement in subsequent CC's. He's never said this before (at least not so 'passionately' and outright), in terms of replacement and he's been at the helm since '12? You need to have your best foot forward for any parternship/business sale etc. We know this, as you wouldn't put your worst foot forward on any sale. Common logic right?
IMO: Why now all of a sudden, is he at ease at talking about replacements? Why has a 20 year vet from Merck come to a small pre-biotech? Why did they go to NYC for a in person meetup when video conferencing solves travel time, $$ and a potential to catch covid? Only NP and the board know the truth. Fill in gaps? IDK. It just smells of a buyout to me.

I'm not for or against a BO. I just find the events that are unfolding with CYDY very very interesting. More so now (especially with the LH trial and testimonies) than I did when it was just Covid {severe) and HIV.
