Agreed. I think it is absolute horse crap that the company can’t talk about anything until Todd’s shares are ratified. The very rule that is most likely in place to protect shareholders is having the exact opposite effect.

One thing to hold up any merger prior, but to gag management from even talking about anything makes no sense.

Regardless, I remain holding here and believe the end result will make the wait worth it.
