Sounding more and more like Chuck plans on passing something akin to the STATES Act rather than the MORE Act

STATES Act has a pretty good shot of passing this Senate, certainly much greater chance than the MORE Act, but if the support isn’t there, then they can pass The SAFE Banking Act without it, opening up the MJ, Hemp & CBD industries to banking and investment

CBD Legalization is currently filed in the House and gathering cosponsors — still need to see it filed in the Senate per Jonathan Miller, before it can potentially be attached to Chuck’s bill:
