What bad comes from an uplist to a major exchange? This is just a matter of thinking! There really is not a downside to this. Even with the IPO shares, after that since it will take RCAT out of any going concern issues, the stock valuation will be much higher. So even medium term this one looks great for so so many reasons we all know here. Just understand though that there are people RIGHT NOW WHO WANT SHARES AS LOW AS THEY CAN GET THEM FOR DIFFERENT REASONS! If you understand this then it gives a totally different view of the price actions and overall situation knowing shares can be created out of thin air for a short period of time to achieve this....
