The OS isn't as important as what percent the OS is of the AS. And CZNI OS is over 92% of the AS and closing quickly. Then what? When you run out of shares to dilute and you have a bill for $25k a month and no revenue,you dilute, which is exactly what the company has been doing.
And we don't know that a merger might be a disaster for the shareholders like with the CEO's last merger. The stock of his last merger has only went down after the day the merger was announced. It traded at .11 on the announcement and trades down over 99% at .0011 today. The only time the stock went up was on the announcement but one shareholders had a chance to actually take a look at the company it merged with the stock started to tank.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
