I live in midland / odessa area. Basically middle of Permian Basin. Past few months we went from zero rigs to barely being able to keep track of new rigs. A ton of landowners were filing for bankruptcy earlier during pandemic / letting land and wells go for dirt cheap....... that changed drastically....... oil and gas on its way to pre- pandemic levels.... that’s really nice.

I still think the document should have been reviewed by somebody who is literate lol......

We knew they had 5 billion authorized to max out share structure if they wish...... 10 billion dilution is not possible with everything they filed / were approved for in previous months.

If I wasn’t busy taking a nap, I probably would have sold 0.02, only to scoop once dumping slowed 0.015 lol. I’ll probably double down tomorrow with the panic sale tbh
