it is a good move.
FL being medical only and surrounded by unfriendly states created a small pocket of low value customers. There is little hope that SC, LA, GA, AL will go rec. before the fed does.

Selling off FL gets acreage out of a small market in which they were already loosing. I suspect they would stay if they saw rec. coming in FL before it comes federally. I think this is a balance sheet sureing up move. Raise capital. Move that to the northeast where they have a foothold. And will need the money to compete in NY, NJ, ME, VT, VA... then CT, PA, RI.

See what I mean. focus on the north east and become profitable. then expand. why waste time on medical? Look at canopy's medical sales. lol.
