What I read from the message is the preferences are:

1) tiny dividend now to clear the NSS, then..

2) upgrade the gold and silver claim opportunities and remaining G and S with better possibilities for the time soon to be when the prices of these metals finally correct--then--bigger dividend.

3) Lithium opportunity is the preferred diversification--since mining are Ron's and Ted's expertise. BIG DEAL this one.

4) The CBD--almost passè--although they've been approached with opportunities

5) They don't know and probably really don't trust Crypto--that's why the only way they would get involved in Crypto would be a buy out.
