You can actually not tell very much from Level 2. On SBFM it shows many on the ask for 5k or 10k, but those numbers could be hiding a million shares ask. 5k or 10k is sometimes called an "iceberg" because you only see part.

Also, if you put in an "all or nothing" order (AON), it won't show on level 2. I could have 2 million AON for sales at .11 and nobody would know it except the brokers.

I use it as a guide but there is so much I can't see.
