"Suspicious activity" may very well be the unusual huge trading volume during the past few weeks but there is no mention that the Trustee ever objected or rejected a Form 8-K filed and signed by the one from United General (UK) as "Chairman and Interim CEO" of IMNPQ, I wouldn't call this action "unusual and/or suspicious activity"... IMO
