Yep! Same as if I buy 10,000 shares at .01, then 10,000 at .02 then 10,000 at .03..........I would then have 30,000 shares at a cost basis of .02........and sale of those shares above .02 would be subject to cap gain tax. Conversely, and sell below .02 would be able to be written off as a loss. All the above IMO....
