It is always best for those that really want to know the truth to do their own DD and get their own response/answers to their questions. That being said, this was the message I received from the trustee's assistant. This was the day the suspension occurred:

Please be advised that I represent Jeffrey Lester, who is the Chapter 7 Trustee for Immune Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and its subsidiaries. He has forwarded me your below e-mail for response.

In that regard, the Trustee was previously aware of the suspicious activity described in your e-mail. He reported it to the SEC and other regulatory authorities. I understand that they are investigating and are taking such action as they deem appropriate.

Mr. Lester is the trustee over the Chapter 7 liquidation.
