Appraised value via speculative guess by Kenny $1.5M. That was years ago.

2. PMCB has license rights to CIAB. Where the patent it was licensed from has expired. Thus, there's nothing exclusive about it. And the license is meaningless.

3. PMCB has no 20 yr patent for CIAB. The AN patent expired, and that's the end of the patent protection.

4. PMCB has nothing organized following a FDA approval. There will be no FDA approval for the current IND, now on permanent Hold.

5. PMCB first right of refusal is meaningless. There will be no bids for AN to trigger it.
