PMCB has another 1.5 years to get shit done or lose the exclusive rights to the technology

Rights to the technology remains.

No, nothing remains. The CIAB patent expired. Anyone can create their own CIAB. There's nothing exclusive about it.

PMCB has an incredibly in depth patent established with additional patent pending material surrounding further uses of the technology.

PMCB has no such patents. The sequence of events were:

AN CIAB patent expires.

Kenny tries as a joke to refile for a new patent. Where the new patent was for the same usage as the expired AN patent.

Surprise... the USPO rejected it. With Kenny claiming they would refile with changes.

There is no patent in force. Neither can one file a new patent which is the same as an already expired patent. If that were ever allowed by the USPO, there would be no generic drugs on the market in the future.

The good news for PMCB SHs is no one is interested in this CIAB antiquated crap. So Kenny can pretend the license off of an expired patent means something - it doesn't.
