I would hold at this point.

This was a Ben Berry Synergy shell play but Ben backed out when the company executive from the Shell he was trying to take custodianship told him he would fight it. Him and Ben worked out some type of deal so Ben backed out. I would guess the old executive is about to announce some type of shell deal he made and if Ben helped this will fly. GLTU IMO
