His foundation spent $10B in helping fund the purchase of distribution of vaccines in the 3rd world. He calculated the ROI for that funding, was an economic benefit to those 3rd world countries of a 1:20 multiplier or $200B benefit. As in instead of having a sick person, with a cost drain on the local economy they are part of, one had a productive healthy person. With no health cost drain to their economy.
Where in that interview did Gates state: "The Gates Foundation made $190B", by reselling vaccines to the poor of the 3rd world. Which would be a trick in itself. Since most people in the 3rd world can't afford out of pocket vaccination expenses.
