Yep, that’s how LOI’s go, particularly with black swan events like last year. LOI’s don’t excite me, signed contracts with joint PR does.

And just to break down the three examples you posted, which are very good examples:

1. Black swan event of Covid last year canceled kiosks.
2. This didn’t need to happen, the new products are adjustable via Tele health. So whatever happened there appears to be irrelevant because the technology already exists in the new products launching now.
3. This no longer appears to fit Innerscope‘s business model, nor has for some time.
