Very very true, but if financials of the Chinese entities in TGGI are good, TGGI easily list at $4 or $5. Some Chinese companies can keep price trending up and some end up trending down. I know one chines company that uplisted at $4 last year and now they are at under $3 and have a few more months to get above $3 or get delisted from Nasdaq.
