Call me crazy, but, I don't think I'm off when I say that What we witnessed today is the beginning of a hostile takeover! Over 7.9 billion shares out of 10 billion shares were accumulated mostly by an entity that is buying as many shares that they can and there are only 2.67 billion shares left that were not traded today which are probably mostly owned by us retailers! That is exactly why we saw over 600 million on the bid at .0009 all day long! Whenever someone put a sale order in for .001 and .0011 those shares were gobbled up quickly the whole day! Now if someone would have dumped all 600 million shares into the bid at .0009 then no doubt we would have seen another 600 million share buy order get put back up on the bid immediately in the efforts of buying more shares all the way up to 10 billion!

Watch how this all plays out over the next few days and or weeks! There will most likely be an announcement as to who it is that is buying Rennova Health or taking it over as the majority shareholder after accumulating the majority of all of the shares! We also see that there are many bashers out in full force after hours today to try to persuade the rest of the shares to be sold out of our hands by claiming a reverse split is inevitable and that the CEO is lining his own pockets and everything else under the sun, so, that we lose interest in RNVA and dump our positions into the buying entity's hands who was accumulating all day today! I have seen these types of deals play out the exact same way before with the likes of people like Rupert Murdoch or actual hostile takeovers like with these companies: Kraft Foods Inc. and Cadbury PLC. InBev and Anheuser-Busch. Sanofi-Aventis and Genzyme Corporation.! I am sure that the Bashers are mad that I am on to the takeover situation that is unfolding before our very own eyes and they will probably try to discredit my theory and or analogy after reading this posting!

One thing is for sure, I am very glad I loaded up big today and after reading the below 8-k that was released after hours today, I am going to buy a boat load more straight out of the gate first thing in the morning knowing that the share price will run up huge after the entity that is buying most of all of the shares holds on to them all without selling any of them while building out their business plan for the future with Rennova Health's current business model and current revenue generating holdings! It is as clear as day to me that this is all taking place too! It only took $7,000,000 dollars to accumulate almost 8 billion shares today and Rennova did over $7,000,000 in business and or profits last year! That is a very cheap deal for whichever entity is behind all of the buying up of all of the shares today! I am sure they will return tomorrow in full force until they accumulate as many shares of the OS that they possibly can! After considering everything that I read today and witnessed playing out with all of the trading that took place, I just became a long in RNVA! Not going to sell any of my position for chump change now that I know what I know that is for sure!
