Thanks I'm getting ready to go to bed and get some sleep, I have a really big day tomorrow. At least someone here has a grip on reality. The Federal Government has a terminology for deals that are structured like this. Deals such as this are based upon "Fairy Tale Logic" and are considered "Scemes to Defraud". The only reason stocks structured like this ever hit their highs is through high commission boiler room pump and dumps. When it comes to the SEC actually prosecuting criminal activities such as this it's about as slim as getting busted smoking pot at a rock concert. But when the SEC does prosecute criminal activity such as this, they'll shoot for 30yrs and plea bargain for 20yrs. Trust me I'm a former Series 7 Series 63 and my boss got 20yrs for shennagans such as this. You are exactly right it's the very deals such as this that will make this company a loser.
