Wouldn't you think that the person's who allegedly purport to be representing the corporation's best interests, could conjure up a better deal than that. Pretty much rendered the commons virtually worthless. This company needed to retire shares, not dilute their value into oblivion. Really, sell shares, that are convertable at $0.0001 per share. Why not $0.001 per share, that would have been absurd in itself. How can the public be expected to affix a value to their corporation when the principles obviously do not. Even at $0.01 per share convertable would have been a bit of give away, but somewhat reasonable. I wish, I had read about those terms before I invested. Deals like that aren't even STINKY PINKY LAND, this is GREY SHEET fantasy land. The saddest thing about all of this is, the built in to the system inequality the commoners must endure. When the general public doesn't have the rights to directly invest into the company. If the company needed money they should have done a DPO which gave the existing commons shareholders First Right of Refusal. A $5million dollar cash raise could have been accomplished in a about 4 hours. Now we have been virtually wiped out with this debacle!
