Hi J. No you can't be forced to sell if you bought Hellix with cash. This liquidate rule applies to positions leveraged with a margin account. We are not affected by this rule if we bought with cash. A sell only rule cant apply to cash positions because in order to sell there has to be a buyer. Since they won't be allowing any buying this rule applies to open positions secured on margin. Buying on margin is a completely different ball game with a unique set of rules that govern it. Best wishes bud.
