Subject: Hapbee Technologies - April Investor Update
I hope this finds you all well. I wanted to thank you all for the incredible support and trust that you have
given to myself and the Hapbee team over the past year. We have come so far in such a short period of
time, which I'll touch on below, and it would not be possible without each of you cheering us on and
believing in the long term vision of Hapbee. I appreciate that so much, and as you'll see below, the
future looks very bright.
We have been heads down working hard lately, so It has been over a few months since my last
update. Therefore, I'll just list the briefings of our major milestones below.
1. Our newest "Bedtime" signal is officially launching next week. Animal tests are done, beta users
have given positive feedback, and as of today, we have just signed the license agreement with EMulate
for global use of the signal. This signal is what is known as a "Sleep Trigger" to be used for the 30
minutes or so before bedtime to induce a much stronger sleepy feeling than before. It goes perfectly
with our current Deep Sleep signal, which is reported by users to help "regulate" their sleep. Our
customers are really excited about this signal with sleep sensations being our main use right now. In
addition, we wanted to get this signal out to the market in advance of our bed form factor that comes
out later this year.
2. Future Signals are in progress and a major tech milestone is completed. We are getting 2 more
signals ready to launch, and are in recording and testing of at least 5 more signals in
development. Perhaps the largest milestone reached to date was earlier this month when we launched
a new feature for customers to download new signals from the app. This was a 12 month overhaul of
the codebase, and this result now allows us to launch new signals to beta users and the public easily and
effortlessly for testing. Testing signals will now be 10 times faster, and our reach exponential.
3. Best sales month ever in April (which is not even over yet). With our recent podcasts and
partnerships launched with Ben Greenfield, Perfect Practice and e-commerce, sales have doubled in
April, and we have several more conferences and partnerships launching soon. One interesting data
point to mention here is that 33% of our sales are coming from Founder's Kit ($800) versus the Starter
Kit ($300). This has helped with our cash flow greatly and will teach us a lot going forward.
4. BDM Publishing partnership launched. Most people don't realize what this partnership does for
Hapbee. We are in the process of launching a podcast for the wellness tech space, and this partnership
not only bring us incredible people to interview, but it gets us on over 60 other podcasts this year to
share and sell Hapbee to over 20M audience members and emails. I have not personally seen a better
marketing deal to date for our company, and we are very excited about getting into this elite group.

5. Hapbee bed form factor reaches its next phase. We are pleased to announce that our bed topper
product is progressing through design to engineering/BOM phase, and our first rough prototypes are
being tested as we speak. I personally have tried a version of this product, and with the larger surface
area of our new coils, the feeling of Relax was much more palpable. And with 1/3 of Americans
struggling to fall asleep aat night, It's very exciting to see this product take shape to launch at the end of
this year. This product will also have biometric reading technology inside to allow for tracking
movement, heart rate, etc. This is the first step for Habpee to ultimately own the wearable space by
both measuring your bio-feedback and giving you a therapeutic signal that helps your body. No one to
date is doing both!
