They get pulled when a new amended is filed and then pulled again when the Annual was filed... they did mess this up with what I would say was a big lack of communication between the lawyer and the person doing the financial updating on the OTC... all that is missing is the Annual one, but as it was said, they may wait until the March 31 financials are filed in May to put the attorney letter out.. and then they will be completely caught up and go current. So until then its looks like the Yield will stay up for now.
