Sorry I reckon I should have explained a little more, in feedlot situation they clean the pens every few months and put all the manure in piles outside of the feedyard most of them compost it and put it back on the fields, and that is what I am talking about it is not fresh cow patties lol, different from a dairy with fresh manure. So the mositure content is not as high as with the fresh.
