Yes it is. They are blocked until 2049 with the statement that OTC microcaps are no longer allowed for trading at Consors or Europe by the exchange supervisory authorities. That's all well and good and I can understand if you say that trading is not allowed from 01/01/2016. But I can't understand that people who bought the shares before the date with the clear knowledge that you can lose everything but also win everything, are suddenly no longer allowed to sell! I do not understand that!
