You can't blame it all on the otc. If the company had their ducks in a row and submitted all the paperwork correctly the first time, the CE would be LONG gone. What's happening now is the result of the company's incompetence. If they don't get the CE removed in the next few weeks, we're going to get crushed. Fewer and fewer trading platforms are allowing the buying of CE stocks and that's the harsh reality. SFIO claims to care about their investors but they just can't seem to get it together enough to file correctly. SMFH
