Tell me if I am wrong. They are able to mine immediately and load on rail and ship just like they did previous years. The reason for new road and other infrastructure is to make it more profitable for long term life of the mine. So I think we could see mine open sometime this year while they due other improvements over next 12 months especially with high ore prices.
