I know some of us are getting nervous and in the end who knows what will happen, but...

I don't see the company going dark as their new MO since they are the same one who just released a filing to notify filing of 10k late AND hired a new accountant who is U.S. based. Folks don't issue statements public then just ghost.

10k will happen at some point and then when we read it will make sense WHY they filed late. No other choice to wait until then.
