So, the Form 10 is effective 60 days from filing which puts it past May 25th. After May 25th, you can’t buy CE stocks in most brokerage accounts. So you either buy cheap prior to the 25th and roll the dice or you wait until CE is lifted snd pay more per share.

It sounds like this deal is happening.
