there are some rules that go into effect in Late May-June but that is not for the stop sign it is for Caveat Emptor also known as skull and bone warning, some stupid people maybe selling out of worries of being delisted and this is not us, we will be current, here is an example of a Caveat Emptor (skull and bones) warning:

this is a good time to pick cheap shares. Once the stop sign is gone some of these sellers will buy back at higher prices and off we go IMHO
