The company never intended to make the 15 day extension to the 10K filing deadline and frankly, so what?



If Lance never intended to meet that date whatsoever then why was he telling investors that he originally expected to?

That would be the lie, if what Pro-Advisor said is true, that he never intended to meet that date. We know as of the 16th Lance acknowledged they knew they were not going to meet it.

And why was he telling investors with two days to go that he would have to get back to them about the status?

Man, that's shady as hell.
